With over 15 years of experience as a certified personal trainer and holistic nutritionist, I’ve helped countless clients achieve their dream physiques—without fads, quick fixes, or empty promises. This training is for athletes who need to develop their glutes for more power AND women looking to create a butt that makes their 20 year old self swoon.

TRAINING & NUTRITION COACHING 1:1

100% personalized training & nutrition plans designed around your goals & abilities.  We help with functional fitness training (athletic goals) as well as physique training (weight loss/ muscle building).

Meal plans & suggestions are vegan only.  If you wish to sub in non vegan foods, in an IIFYM plan, you may.

These programs are created by Ashley herself and address where you are now while helping you get to where you want to go.

Let’s be real—most of what you see in the online fitness space is garbage: dangerously low-calorie diets, endless cardio, and quick-fix gimmicks that wreck your metabolism and hormones. People making money keeping YOU on the quick fix hamster wheel as you get caught in the promise of quick results (that, as you know, never last!).

When you’re 35+, that’s the last thing you need. 

I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to be this way. You have the opportunity to train smarter—not harder—and look better than you ever did in your 20s. Yes, I said it. I’m talking about the kind of physique that would make your younger self envious. Despite what the world wants you to believe, life gets better as you get older—and so does your body when you train with intention.

If you’re anything like my clients, as you got closer to 40, you started blaming age for the back pain, the stubborn belly fat, and that constant feeling of exhaustion. But deep down, you know it’s not age. It’s about how you train—and I’m here to help you change the game.

I have been in the game a long time, over 15 years, countless certifications within personal training & nutrition, helping thousands of women achieve their physique goals.  I have worked in everything from big box gyms, small studios, and even had my own training studio called strong.ER for many years. And, after leaving the industry for a bit of time thinking "not my circus not my monkeys", trying to fight against the quick fix mentality, I am back.
